Lack of contact regarding delayed refund

<p>We had ordered from dischem's Online store the month before without issues but this month we ran into an issue when they phoned to inform us that there were 2 items that they could not supply us and offered us a refund instead. And that was the last time we heard from them. I have emailed them twice already asking for an ETA for it but we get not answer back. I even went as far to mail Dischem diirectly to find out what was going on but that mail was just forwarded to someone else. It has been over a week and i don't even know if they actualy intend to fulful tthe refund.</p>
