Kathu Manager always rude and shouting at employees

Two days back I went to do my shopping at Dischem in the village mall Kathu. This is my 2nd time witnessing The Lady Manager shouting at staff infont on us customers. I am disgusted by this.This is no way to handle or speak to employees at all.This is unacceptable She needs to be delt with.
