No words honestly I had an appointment with one of their service providers ....on 12/03/2023 @ 13:45.

The only attended to me around 15:00 ...I was in desperate need of urgent assistance as my could hardly breath....I gave the doctor my policy number and e mail address for her to send my prescription but it's the 19/03/2024....still nothing ....so I will be charged for incomplete service?

I suggest you people go back and relook your service and come up with a better plan ....because honestly people will die while waiting for paper work to collect medication...not only that there is no follow up to ensure that the patient has indeed been sorted out.
