Kaelo Health (Dischem Medical Insurance) - Is it legit, no paperwork, no tax invoice!

I chose Dischem Medical Insurance, underwritten by Kaelo. I have asked for a tax invoice for the monthly debit, and all they can provide me is an Excel spreadsheet with one (not both) premiums I pay for. No logo, no company name - suspect! Despite numerous requests, still no joy. Is Kaelo Health a ****, why no legit paperwork, and ***** Excel spreadsheet?
