Jawbone Up 2 is ****!

<p>I purchased a Jawbone Up 2 from Dischem 3 months ago.. <br />The clasp of the band has broken and I have now taken it in to be repalced. <br />Jawbone states that there is a warranty on the unit. </p> <p> </p> <p>Dis-Chem has now been waiting for feedback from Jawbone whilst I am here without a device and losing my Medical Aid benefits as a result of it.. <br />Is dishem going to refund me my medical aid benefits too?? <br /><br />I require a full refund from Dis-Chem ASAP as that is the retailer who took my money! </p>
