Issue regarding the revlon powder bought resolved

I wrote on hello petter regarding a revlon caramel powder that I bought from Dischem and was in the wrong shade when I tried using it and Judith from Dischem refused to assist me. After writing about my bad experience on the Dischem website and on helo petter, Dischem Michelle from Dischem's customer service responded to my e-mail and Judith from the shop contacted me and apologised for her bad treatment and invited me to come back to the shop to exchange the powder to the right shade.
