Is Total really one of your reward partners?

Over the past few months I have visited several Total service stations to earn Dis-Chem points. I have been told numberous times that the machine is offline. I was referred to Dis-chem to manually load these points. I went to Dis-chem and they told me I must download the Total app. This is not acceptable! You are making your problem my problem.

As you can see, I spend a lot of money on fuel. I am requesting that you load the points and confirm once thisa has been done. I am not willing to download apps and create user accounts and jump through hoops. You need to ensure your partners are fully onboard with the program. DO NOT MAKE YOUR PROBLEM MINE!
