Is Dis-chem really a ****?

I would like to take this matter to your attention that Dis-chem Pharmacy at South Gate mall is a ****. on Tuesday 28th of December i went to the store during lunch time to ask for medication to stop period pains and i was provided with tablet called Nurofen Period Pain then after i got home, my wife told me it is wrong. only to find she wanted medication called Sango Drops - Natura, i then went back to the same store around 17h00pm to return the Nurofen Period pain then i was told its a non-returnable product. I then requested for the correct item Sango Drops -Natura then the customer service lady walked with me to the ile then was told its finished however there is another one similar. I took then go proceed with payment, when i got home. my wife tells me its also wrong, the one i was provided with is for stress etc then i realize that Dis-chem South Gate Mall is operating with *********** people that does know what they are selling to customers. I still have both products with me and slips therefore all i want is my refund before i could take this matter further.
