Invalid Purchase???

<p>On black friday I purchased a few things, the money was deducted from my bank and my loyalty point were used. When I called the Monday to ask what is happening with my purchase they said my purchase was invalid due to the high volumes (even though they have dedcuted the money off my bank account and taken my loyalty points) and the banks crashed and I must phone FNB to refund my money and they will give me back my loyalty points. To this day, 3 weeks later, I have not received my purchase, loyalty points or my money back. In my eyes this means Dis-Chem has ****** my money and until i have been reimbursed or i have recieved what i rightfully ordered and paid for this is what i will tell people and until such time I will take my business somewhere else.</p>
