Insulting Service

To whom it may concern:

It took 3 weeks to receive feedback on my complaint after I followed upon it. When eventually had someone make contact they requested information from me. Meaning they never receive my complaint at head office which I was promised in Paarl Mall would happen. I was racially treat at the clinic in Paarl mall by Sis. Bason. Leaving me in consultation room without a apology to serve a white client over me for a free service and I was paying for mine. Making her aware of this turned he complete red faced realizing that I notice her action and she repeated it. Then Ernst Van Ransburg a clinical practitioner continue with the racail treatment by favoring his white colluege version of the story over mine. He utterly refuse to call me after requestion a call twice telling me about policy says they can't call. I then made contact again spoke to Nico/Nick requestion that he email the Regional Manager directly and cc me into the email. At this point Ernst now wanted to talk to me when I called. He did so by email Clientcare and making my requestion know. A lady by the name of Sis.Klaasen claim to be the Regional Manager called. Very poor call for someone at that level of management. The call was not to understand, neither hear me out but rather forcing her unsincere apology down my throat not understand or considering my level of frustration at the point. I have requestion that she escalated the matter cause I'm unhappy. I've requested a copy of the original written complain that has not been provided. This is how Dischem employees feel it's ok to treat clients with no consideration.

This experience has been nothing but frustrating, time consuming, unprofessional and poor at management level. My requestion is to speak to a senior person in charge of the above mention people as their treat of me was belittling and insulting towards a customer. They really poorly represented a company with such a big name. Hope to hear from someone soon.
