Inhumane Service

<p>The dispencing service at the Strubens Valley Dis-Chem is totally unacceptable. To make old people wait for up to an hour on hard benches for up to an hour and sometime in the cold is totally inhumane. One old lady actually mentioned that she received better service at a state hospital. At one time there are about 5 people dispencing medice and then you look again and there is only one person while the other are casually chatting in the back while the lines just grows longer and longer. Then to add insult to injury you have to then stand in another long queue just for them to give what you require over the counter. Even when you try the alternative approach to phone in to have your medication ready for collection, either they forgot or they just hav'nt bothered. The staff's attitude is less desireable and clearly they have no idea or common sense as it relates to effeciencies and customer service. I will gladly pay extra knowing that I will be getting the service I deserve whereas pensioners had not option but to sit and wait their turn - totally unacceptable. Furthermore, Ihave also lodged a formal complaint through your customer care line. Totally dispicable </p>
