Inferior product and wrong advice

I requested the assistance from the cosmetics counter attendant of Dischem Rosebank Mall for the best product for dry cuticles. The lady showed me to the best they have to offer, which is Aragan secret nail treatment at the cost of R249 for 10ml. A Homemark product. After using it for 2 days, I realised that this product actually does the opposite of what it promises too. I now sit with dry red, sensitive cuticles that burn continuously. It is shocking that Dischem will resell this kind of product that reflects blatant misleading product contents and results. I threw the bottle away as I do not even want to try the tedious process of trying to get a refund and compensation for this. I am truly disappointed with Dischem and will definitely not buy a Homemark product ever again.
