Inefficiency at Dis-Chem Cradle Stone.

This concerns the Dis-Chem Pharmacy in the Cradle Stone shopping mall. This past week was just the straw that broke the camel's back

For the past 6 or 7 months this outlet has just been getting it wrong on many levels, My complaints would settle around the following:

No stock Insufficient stock We don't have Generic replacements even though the script forbade it

This trend has been growing worse and every time one of the above happens, I have to revisit the store (30 kilometers). So when I was met with an "Eisch we don't have" this week, I just decided that it was enough. So I walked out and am now registered at Clicks. I don't require any action from Dis-Chem, I just need them to know that they have lost me as a customer
