Incorrect self medication for a 5 Year old child

I walked into Dischem Woodmead around 540pm on Wednesday 11 Febraury 2015, with my 5 year old daughter complaining of nasal sores to the self medication counter. i showed the assistant by the counter the nasal sores which were in my daughter's nose, which i requested medication for. I was given an oral suspension, which i queried to the very assistant that it seems this is for oral consumption which she vehemently confirmed that it was the correct medication for the nasal sores. i bought the medication and left the shop en route to my house. On the way i dropped the oral suspension into the nose as per the instruction from the assistant. When i got home i had several missed calls, which i only managed to answer and was told by the very DISCHEM assistant that she had given my daughter incorrect medication, i must bring it back. i went back then next day with my daughter having running nose and saw a manager who brushed the mishap aside and requested my details for further update which he never did up to now. neither did they make a follow up how my daughter was doing since i had complained of running nose after dropping the oral suspension into her nose.
