Incorrect Quantiry on medication

I understand with covid19 everyone is working under presure. So I do not want to fight. But I do need help. I run out of airtime the last time I phoned and spend again today 18min on phone to Dischem. I collected by husband medication on the 6 April. There was a pill called Aspavor. The quantity was suppose to be 60 pills and they only give me 30pills. Is there a way that they can trace this please.
