Incorrect pricing

I bought Dettol value pack which had a price of R49.95 but it scanned R59.95, Unfortunately I did not notice, I only saw that when I got home, a day later I went back to complain and demand the product with the price that was displayed on the shelve I was told that prices went up therefore they can't give me my R10 back. Talk about bad service, they made it sound as if it's my fault. Told them to take their product and refund me I'll go somewhere else. This was not the first time I encountered this kind of a problem with Dis-Chem.
