Incorrect medicine or never receiving medication

Almost ever time I need my chronic medicine it's short or not correct. I experience it all the time at Southgate Dischem. Fetched my chronic 1st August they had shortage. I was told it would be delivered the next day nothing came until I called once again and was given it 2 weeks later. Yesterday was suppose to get 30 tablets as per the box I only received 14.The worry is the medical aid is charged and nobody seems to care.
