incorrect medication received

on 2018-01-20 i went to dischem to pick my chronic meds, i had a new script repeat fr 6 months, i was assisted by a lady who did not once speak or ask or even show me is this all, so i thought it means she know what shes doing, however when i got home. i had only 1 diabetic pen instead 2 , i had less injections than required, had she asked me or showed after instead of packaging i wouldnt have to waste petrol and go back to dischem.. her service was horrible to say the least. on my script her name is S.Motso
