INCORRECT MEDICATION DISPENSED

Good day,

I went to Dischem Mall of Africa on Sunday to get my chronic medication and the wrong medication was dispensed. The pharmacist came with the medication already packed in a brown package. I did not bother to open and ensure it was the correct medication because Dischem already has my prescription on the system. I only realized on Monday night that I was given the wrong meds. I asked a friend of mine that works in Sandton to go and return it today (25/01) on my behalf because there is a Dischem in Sandton and I am unableto be travelingup 'n down cause I have a small baby. Philmarie REFUSED to change it and she told him that the mistake was done at Mall of Africa and not Sandton so the patient/client must go back to Mall of Africa.

MY QUESTION IS, WHO DISPENSED THE INCORRECT MEDICATION????? WHOSE FAULT WAS IT THAT THE INCORRECT MEDICATION WAS DISPENSED????

Please do not make this my fault. I cannot be running around trying to resolve a fault that was done by Dischem, whether it was Mall of Africa or not but the fact remains that Dischem as a whole is at fault. It will now be my second day without taking my medication!

I want this issue resolved with immediate effect. I do not have fuel to be running around trying to resolve a fault that was done by YOU and your stuff member are not even willing to assist or meet me half way!

Tomorrow 26/01 will be my 3rd day without taking my medication if Dischem does not resolve this issue!
