Incorrect items delivere. Terrible after sales service

Woke up this morning in agony from a back spasm. Ordered painkillers for delivery from Dischem Clearwater mall. The incorrect item was sent. I sent back the incorrect item with the driver and was told the correct item would only be delivered after 2pm. I can not cancel my order and go get the stuff myself as refund takes 72 hours. So now I must just be in pain and hope for the best. Terrible after sales service. Do better.
