Inconvenient payment practice

My mother is in a frail care centre in Kimberley. I pay money into a Dischem account for her medication. I pay by EFT, with a clear beneficiary reference. Yet every montth I am telephoned by Dischem who insist that I need to fax or email proof of payment as well. This becomes very inconvenient every month and none of the other companies I pay require this: a beneficiary reference is enough.<br> <br> Please make my busy, stressful life a little easier, Dischem: accept a beneficiary reference.<br> <br> <br> <br>
