Incomplete order

Ordered online some supplements, got a call from dischem telling me that they don't have the product in stock and can change it to dischem brand. I agreed and they said they will send it. When package arrived the order was incomplete and the product in question was not sent. Called them again and again to get this sorted. They told me my account was credited, which is false.
