Incomplete invoice
On 11/10/19l went to Dischem east rand mall for my daughter's 6months vaccinations and was told it's cash which l paid and asked for an invoice so l can claim from my medical aid,the invoice they gave me did not have napping code and ICD 10 code,so l have been trying to get this sorted till today and am failling to understand what's so difficult about adding the napping code on an invoice.Please help l need.
