***********, unhelp staff and wastage of time

On the 28/02/2016 I purchased Elvive shampoo and condition 3 for the price of 2. I mistakenly took 2 conditioner and 1 shampoo. Due to me going on holiday I was able to exchange the items on the 07/03/2016 within the 10 day return policy. My dad went in to the store to do the exchange, she spoke to Polien and Phili(the supervisor), they both were *********** as they didn't even know of the promotion. they mentioned it was buy 1 get 1 free. they were so unhelpful. My dad had to explain the promotion to them. they said he can return the condition and pay the difference and I will lose 1 product. I have read the terms and condtions on my till slip and the website there is no where that states, products bought during promotions cannot be exchanged. all I want is for my conditioner to b exchanged for the shampoo in the same range. I am totally disappointed with the level of service received form Dischem staff. <br>
