*********** to deliver

I placed an order online on 16 March 2020. They had extremely poor communication with regards to my order, no tracking available. The phone lines on the websites are not answered at all, no matter how long you hold and the careline email is not answered.

So eventually they delivered my package 1 April 2020. Guess what- Not even half of what I had ordered was in the package. No explanation was given where the rest of the stuff is. And again- guess what- I cannot get hold of them to find out.

Poorest online service ever. Would not recommend at all. Also- customer service is NONEXISTENT
