*********** stuff for dis-chem

I made an order at dis-cam for supplements for my son last week and they took all my details and never delivered. We call again to enquire how far was my order and they said I forgot to leave my cell number but they still did not deliver.

Today 19 January I made an order again for the same supplements for my son. Called in the morning still delivery nothing again, the stuff is so rude and *********** I called using a work phone calls are always recorded, Now I call them back for a follow up 1st they drop my call then they argue behind my back, back and forth but still no delivery. Now they are telling me they don’t have my details to call back.

I have never seen such bad attitude when working with people I was going to pay for those supplements not to take them for free. If it was an emergency my son would have died. I hope for future if this shop needs to maintain a good relationship with its paying customer they will sort out their stuff and turnaround time for deliveries. I call at 9 am or 08: 30 only to be called at 2; 55 pm to wait 10 minutes for the driver and only after I told them I’m writing to Hello peter.

Very disappointed…. Only NINA assisted the rest they should go back for peoples, manners and job training.
