*********** staff or inefficient systems

There are in fact two instances with Dis-Chem South Coast Mall. 1. Repeatable Script X6 handed in in August for medication and first batch received when going there the next time we were told that the script is not repeatable. Had to put up a scene and luckily had a photo of the script on my phone. Once shown to the pharmacist (hopefully qualified) she then suddenly found the script.

2. Chronic medicine - Showed them my chronic script in order to get a price from them rather than deal with Medipost. They gave me a very good price, and actually took the script. When going back 2 weeks later to get my first repeat they said I have not got any of the medication registered with GEMS as chronic and had to pay for all meds. I have been receiving my Chronic Meds for the last 10 years through Medipost and now Dis-Chem tell me I have no chronic condition registered. Either your systems are unable to see this or your staff are ***********. So sick of the slow coast attitude. Dis-Chem or should I say Disorganised-Chem wont see me again. The public waited in anticipation for them to open on the coast but for me it has been nothing but hassles.
