Dischem workers have attitude, they don’t do their work, on Tuesday afternoon I went to dischem in Wonderpark shopping mall to get my monthly prescription, so when I got there, the lady informs me that I don’t have a prescription with them and I say that she that’s not possible, she checked the system with some lady and tells me they can’t help me because it’s not here. I left to go check if I mistakenly took it to clicks, even though I knew deep down I didn’t, of course clicks said you don’t have a prescription with us , i went back to dischem in anger. I was helped by a different lady told her to check her system again, the previous who helped comes to her side to tell her story , she explains in Afrikaans thinking I can’t her, stupid woman who also couldn’t do her job. So the lady who helped suggested the check the back at their files for my prescription. Only to find it, it appeared that the lady who helped me at first didn’t put in my prescription on the system. Which just goes to show you that these people fail to do their job, I wasted time in the mall going to clicks because their incompetence of not doing their job. These people fail to do their jobs Dischem Wonderpark staff is ***********, who don’t do their job. Worst experience , I was so livid Another thing they have this thing at times when the line is long they would be two people helping when the rest of the staff is at the back, what kind of nonsense is that honestly I mean there should be more people helping because there is a higher demand for service.
