***********, rude staff - Carnival Mall Dis-Chem

The service at Carnival mall on 1 December was absolutely pathetic. I go there a lot, and today the staff were incredibly rude, only two till points were open( I understand social distancing but come on????). Needless to say, I had to collect prescription medication, the pharmacist who assisted me, did not verify my medical aid details or name and surname, she put it through on the first possible surname she could find that matched mine, informed me that my medical aid is depleted and that I would have to pay cash. Much to my surprise she put it through on my fathers name and medical aid and not mine, I ended up having to pay R 600 for my meds, when I have available funds on my medical aid, she did not bother to verify any of my details, certainly I don't look like a Sir?????? Yes I should have checked, but that's not my job!!. *********** staff .....rude staff safe to say that I would rather go to a clicks or another Dis-chem than burn my fingers twice....... I am NOT a HAPPPY customer!!! Last but not least when asking the cashier if I could use some of my points to pay, iit looked like I asked her to donate a kidney or something, the effort of pushing a few buttons was just to much to ask !!! The service was to say the least Disgusting!!!!
