Went there yesterday to collect chronic medicine, the pharmastis told me I had to get a new prescription from my doctor. Got a new prescription came back. The other pharmasist told me no this only needed authorisation from the medical aid which required them to call the medical aid. It was a bit late the medical aid offices were closed so they told me to come the next day. Came back today, they tell me no the doctor needs to authorise this not the medical aid. Like I sit without my meds because of *********** pharmacists. Bad service never going back there again. Nxa
