I ordered medication and vitamins from the Dis-Chem app 3 weeks ago, Dis-Chem Sandton called me about a week later and they told me the courier company took mine and on other lady’s box but couldn’t be tracked. They said they were gonna update me but only did that a day or 2 later only to tell me the courier company couldn’t find my address so they had to send it to them again. I was promised my delivery would arrive on the day or the next day. NOTHING!!!.I’m sitting here with sick kids waiting on their medication and nobody is saying anything. I’m disappointed cause I normally shop at Dischem and this type of service I never expected
