I went for a covid test at the Tygervalley branch and the lady who did my swab hurt me so bad by sticking the swab way to deep. I heard cracking and felt something tear and the swab came out my nose ******. My nose only stopped bleeding when I got home and is now hours later and my sinuses are still burning and hurting. I tried to phone the branch twice but gave up after holding for more than 30mins for my call to be answered. The person who did my test should be spoken to.
