Cosmetic section at Jabulani Mall yesterday as I was looking for a foundation Mousse the entire staff was mingling and catching up on their kasi gossip not giving a damn about assisting customers .I browsed through the isle while they were starring at each other's faces into 2 pairs.The 2 ladies and 3 steps away the *** guy and another lady singing his heart out imitating whoever they were gossiping about while I was seemingly looking with no luck of finding what I was looking for.It saddens me to see how people seemingly have lost the value of customer care and service. They don't even have an ounce of guilt and remorse about their ignorance towards what they are getting paid to do. What I saw was appalling to anyone who understand the customer service importance and they seemingly didn't give a damn th at wena were passing by its was a norm forest them.
