INCOMPETENCE SERVICE IN DISCHEM PRINCESS CROSSING.

As this is not the first time this happens, TODAY IT WAS THE 3rd time,Everytime when you call Dischem pharmacy Princess Crossing to order medication for collection its a serious struggle, you will be transferred to wrong departments till your airtime get even finished , i had to recharge again then call back still same service finally when i get hold of someone she does not want to order medication for me for collection told me to come the following day so rude too, telling me about the WhatsApp route which i did and does not get rep**** too always too you talk alone, i asked for a manager then a guy named Victor took my order told me he will put a card for me to make it easy when i have to order , only to found out when i collect my order its not prepared as i was told .
