Incompetence of Dis Chem

On Monday I went to Dis Chem Northgate for an injection. After a very long wait, the person that helped me kept complaining about the incompetence of the staff. she said that people who were supposed to be at work were not there. we struggled to find my details as they were entered incorectly. She said as she did not have time, she would not correct anything

On tuesday I went into the phamacy to get some medication while I waited for pharmacy direct to delever. The person who help me was very difficult, was very unhelpful, and did not listen when I asked for a specific medication. She called her superviser, who understood what I was saying. She had a very aragont attitude. I asked repeatedly to speak to someone from customer complaints. She kept refusing to call customer care and kept telling me I can talk to her

when i spoke to customer complaints I was told that they will ask the manager to contact me. It is now Saturday and nobody has ben in contact with me
