**** in disguise

This issue has been over 5 months My wife was pregnant (baby is here now) We were part of the baby program at Dischem since she found out she was pregnant

They deleted my wife’s card and are now refusing to assist us with the promotional baby bag that they heavily advertise to pregnant couple to keep them coming to Dischem Attached is my email response to Dischems email that boiled down to ohh well so sad you can resolve this yourself by spending more money We have spent over 6000zar at Dischem and the promotion is supposed to complete at 1000zar

My wife had an active dischem but dischem themselves have deleted her card and now you(dischem) is actively avoiding helping us resolve this issue I have gone in to the branch at Cradlestone numerous times Including on Sunday when I spent more than R1000 in a single purchase on baby related products When the issue was brought up at customer “care” on Sunday 14 December 2025 (again) I was told that it will be sorted out today but have still not had any help from dischem

Dischem has made that mistake on their side when they deleted my wife’s card but now dischem is asking that I reregister so that I can fix the problem they caused

Please resolve this with me asap and not avoid the responsibility of the fact that dischem made a mistake
