Imunisation

Me and my wife took my son for his 14 week imunisation today at DIS CHEM in president square krugersdorp. While waiting my son had a number 2. The african nurse called us in and we asked if we can clean my son, she agreed but asked us to go to the room next to the one she was in which is only used for adults and not for babys. My wife saw that we did not have any nappy bags as she changed the bags this morning. I went to to the nurse and asked her where we can dispose of the nappy when she said to me that she will give me a nappy bag and that we are not "supposed to actually change my son nappy there". What were we supposed to do!? I have fotos of my son's legs where his skin is so irretated and he is crying non stop. The nurse told me and my wife that the right leg injection will be irretated and swolen. My son's left leg is the one swollen and irretated. Poor service after doing all my son's injection anaatd shopping for us and our son at dis chem president square in krugersdorp.
