IMPRESSIVE RESPONSE FROM RICARDO

On 28 February, I ordered medication [on-line for collection] from Dis-Chem in Walmer Park, Gqeberha.

I collected my order on 1 March 2022 but unfortunately did not check the contents. It was not my first order from Dis-Chem Walmer Park and I always received the items which I ordered.

I drove back to my place in the Karoo [430 kms away] and when I opened the bag, I found that instead of capsules, they supp**** drops, which I cannot use. I contacted Dis-Chem’s careline to express my disappointment. It was clearly a shared error. They should have supp**** what I ordered, and I should have checked the goods before leaving the store.

A few days later, I got a call from Ricardo [Dis-Chem Walmer Park Customer Service]. He told me that he had consulted with his manager and that they will courier the capsules to me, and I can return the drops on my next visit to Gqeberha.

That is impressive customer service!
