Immoral and unconstitutional policy at Dis-chem

What I was told at Groblersdal pharmacy that Dis-chem has a policy that prohibits the use of electronic prescription and only wants original prescription letters is disgusting if its true. The same doctor gave me a prescription that they dispensed a few days ago and they have it on record as it's a repeat prescription. And now because the doctor is 200 kilometers away I have to now travel 400 kilometers to get a paper copy and the email from the doctor is not even enough with details that can be verified against the prescription they have on file and they can't even bother to phone or even what's up the number on the original prescription they have or what's up to confirm the authenticity of the electronic copy. I can simply let this go but the thought that there are thousands of customers being turned away many of them old has given me the quest to formally fight this immoral and unconstitutional policy.
