I’m had called Dischem Greenvalley to enquire about stock of a certain product which they did not have. Joe, the Supervisor, called me back to tell me which branches do have it and when I told him I had found it at Dischem Greenstone, he offered and went to collect them from there for me to be able to purchase it from him, which is closer to home for me. What a super ⭐️ he is. That is what customer service is all about and I’m so impressed and grateful. Thank you Joe for being of excellent service.
