Im disgusted by Gugu's Attitude!

On Monday morning the 22 February I got a call at 10:15am from Gugu at Dis-Chem store to come collect my baby bag, as I had entered a baby competition. She said the Bag was ready for collection. excited as I was I quickly dropped everything that I was doing at work, I went to dis-chem only to be welcomed by a stinking attitude from the staff member. when I got there she said \oh its you! pulling her face\", at first I thought it was a joke I laughed about it I then said who did you expect? she continued saying I thought it was someone better than you, someone from maybe Ned bank or Toyota not you. I Then asked her what do you mean when you say someone better?are you trying to tell me that there's a problem about me? She said well yes didn't expect such comments and bad service from her as she was the one who contacted me I didn't go there because I wanted too. She has disrespected me in front of my colleague, she didn't even feel sorry for doing such. I told the not to give me that bag. I'm really disappointed by the service I got from your staff member and really hope I will be dealing with a decent person this time around."
