I’m disappointed about the poor service for online medication delivery, why have such platforms if they are selective in areas they deliver to, I’m due for my chronic medication and when I submitted my order I was told they don’t deliver in Mofolo, why? Do they only cater for white suburbs and they even referred me to jabulani, why can’t they direct my order to the so called nearest pharmacy instead of wasting my time, this poor service is causing me to default on my medication and it’s unprofessional for them to refer me rather than dispatching their preferred pharmacy store , southgate mall pharmacy is a nightmare
