Illtreatment

On the 13th of this month i bought a make up at dischem Newcastle,when i was dissatified with the product because it does matches my skin ;the supervisor refused to give me an exchange because the lady that was helping me deniers that shes one who helped me with the colours;i left it in the shop because i wanted another one;please help.
