Idiots

I recently purchased a Piston Nebulizer from Dischem at the Glen - at the time of purchase I did not need to use it immediately therefore the box was never opened, my son fell ill yesterday and we needed to use it - when I opened the box - half the items that should have been included in the box were not there - now I don't know what you call that but personally I call it theft - such a ***en big organisation that charges for items which are not included in the packaging?

I'm very disappointed with this ******* service from a dumb ass company.

This better be sorted out like yesterday otherwise I'll have to seek alternative processes to sort this nonsense out - they quick to ***en take your money but in addition to that they ***** by not including everything you've paid for.
