I wash my hands of Dis-Chem

A much handled parcel was delivered to me. The delivery man wanted to sanitize my hands in the street before I could take the parcel, and of course I did not allow it. He was put out because he was "following instructions". To the managing director of Dis-Chem: If you gave or condoned the instructions for a delivery man to wash my hands in the street, have you just stopped thinking or have you lost your mind? Did your legal advisor not tell you this "lock-down" was declared ******* by the High Court in June 2020? If you are still applying these draconian measures, including dictating to visitors to your stores what and how much they are allowed to breathe, then you should not be managing a store that claims an interest in health. What is your agenda and why?
