I was told by a pharmacist with no name tag that she will not lose her job over my withdraws

An unknown pharmacist told me that she will not risk her job, just because i will have withdrawals, she refused to call my doctor and told me that she was doing me a favour by assisting. She did not want to listen to me and was screaming at the top of her lungs and called a pharmacist to intervene without hearing my story as i tried to explain. I asked her if she was a pharmacist since she had no name tag, i would like to know why people who are not qualified are allowed to handle our prescriptions, seeing that my she did not understand the danger of not issuing me my medication. two people were shouting at me, and i am a patient. i chose dischem pharmacy because they claim to care about patients
