I really have to say something about my Dischem experience! Yesterday afternoon, I went onto their website and placed a query about medication that I needed to know if they had in stock. A couple of hours later, I received a reply from their careline assuring me that my query had been forwarded to the Dischem closest to me, Dischem Woodmead. This morning, I receive a call from no less than the Dispensary manager, explaining that they do not have the item, why it is currently in short supply everywhere and that he would keep ordering it and advice me the minute they receive the stock. That's great customer service guys. Keep it up!
