I purchased a heater in 2020 , 2 bars stopped working so I returned in May 2021 and they gave me new one , the very same thing happen to the new heater

I purchased a heater in 2020 , 2 bars stopped working so I returned in May 2021 and they gave me new one , the very same thing happen to the new heater . When I came to return it at the store the manager tells me straight she can't do anything about it , the new device is less then a year old , I feel this is very poor customer service from Dischem Chatsworth centre .
