I phoned n1 city about a specialized item I am looking for. I keep on choosing dispensery. It keeps on saying they are having high call volumes. Nonsense. I hate it when the default message on an answering machine says we are experiencing high call volumes. When you walk in there, they are not that busy at all. Lame excuse. I won't bother to phone again. There are enough other pharmacies in my area that don't by default have a high influx of calls and pharmacists who are not too busy or lazy to answer calls. Bad service. 😡
