I joined Dis-Chem Health insurance under Kaelo health care last year on the 22 August 2023 until today I haven't received the insurance documents. May 2024 I was sick for a week I consulted different doctors and no one accept my account policy they want a policy card of which I don't have. Regarding this matter I would like Hellopeter to help I have no clue which Doctors or Hospitals to consult with when I'm ill.
